A word from the developer...
When we first purchased the old winery, a commercial
venture came to mind. It wasn't until we explored the structure that
we began to appreciate the many interesting spaces and elevations
that the building incorporated. Before long, it became clear that the property
would make ideal loft living space. To realize this dream, we assembled
a team of experts and professionals who shared our enthusiasm and
excitement for the project. Unlike anything this area has ever seen,
