Management Team Backgrounds

LePin Development, LLC management team consists of owners Richard and Eileen Kochanny.

Richard Kochanny had spent 12 years working for one of the largest food manufacturers in the world, holding various positions within the Maintenance/Engineering staff. Over the years he has acquired considerable knowledge associated with building maintenance and project development. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is a certified Machinist and Mechanic. In addition, he is a licensed builder in the State of Michigan and a Certified Leviton low-voltage network installer.

Eileen Kochanny spent her early career as a Customer Service Supervisor for a Fortune 500 company. Already with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Eileen returned to school and earned a second Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies. Never one to be content, Eileen changed her career path and since 2000 has been involved with private school development and fundraising.

Architect Frye Gillan Molinaro Ltd.

Frye Gillan Molinaro Architects were chosen after contacting eight other firms for bid requests. They were chosen not only because of their qualification but also because of their excitement and vision for the project. The firm brings together complementary talents developed while working together for more than eighteen years. Their philosophy is to excite the client about their project and to stretch their imagination in order to achieve the best results. Balanced with this ability to inspire fluid conceptualization is the structure needed to insure a timely realization of the client's project. Program needs, budget and construction schedules must mesh in a professional order for projects to be successful. Their work is varied and rich, and it ranges from additions to more than 20 Historic and Carnegie Libraries, (as well as newer, modern facilities) to residential and retail projects. All of their projects contain a clear sense of order and a strong architectural quality. The firm was founded by the three partners, Lonn L. Frye, John J. Gillan and Michael J. Molinaro, combining over 70 years of experience in the practice of architecture. They have eleven other employees, for a total of fourteen. They are an A.I.A. certified firm.

Engineering Merrit Engineering, RMG Engineering, Radiant Design

Merrit engineering has been chosen to supply site improvement (sewer, water, drainage and roadway) engineering work for the project. RMG Engineering will be providing structural design assistance. Radiant Design is responsible for the our spectacular interior lighting.

General Contractor Mark Reenders Construction

Mark Reenders Construction based in Grand Haven Michigan has over 45 years of commercial construction experience specializing on projects under 10 million dollars in scope.
