About us
We were always entrepreneurs at heart, but had never considered real-estate development as a career. Then, something unexplainable attracted us to this particular property. After unexpected corporate downsizing experiences, we decided to throw caution to the wind and embark on a new chapter in our lives. When we first purchased the old winery, a commercial venture came to mind. It wasn't until we explored the structure that we began to appreciate the many interesting spaces and elevations that the building incorporated. Before long, it became clear that the property would make ideal loft living space. To realize this dream, we assembled a team of experts and professionals who shared our enthusiasm and excitement for the project. Unlike anything the area has ever seen, the Vineyard Lofts is a truly unique, one-of-a-kind living experience, located in one of the most special places in the Midwest.
